Tract 2 160 Acres.  The tract is a mix of pasture and tillable farm ground. NE 1/4 33-111-64 Surety Agridata average soil rating 70.8. 

Tract 3 Combination of Tracts 1 & 2 – 320 Acres. Information from the USDA shows 306.70 Farmland Acres, 199.51 DCP Cropland Acres, with corn base acres of 100.80 with a 127 PLC Yield and Soybean base acres of 95 and a PLC Yield of 36. .
